Mi facevano paura quei diti. La canzone, invece, mi piaceva un casino!

Romano Todesco, suonicchia la fisarmonica e si diletta con il contrabbasso. Almeno così dice di sè! In verità vi si nasconde un musicista, compositore ed interprete brillantissimo. Impossibile seguire i suoi soli senza impallidire e lasciarsi infine andare a tanta bravura. Segni particolari: assomiglia sempre di più a Stefano Benni. Od è Benni ad assomigliare a Todesco, non so! Ermes Ghirardini, percussionista. Non so come faccia a non scorticarsi le mani. Ma è lui a creare quel sound ormai così inconfondibile al gruppo. Guardatelo nelle foto e vi farà subito simpatia. Giovanni Maier, contrabassista. Conosciuto in tutta Italia, una sicurezza. Simone D’Eusanio al violino e violino elettrico. Pensavo che il violino elettrico non esistesse, che fosse una citazione di de André… invece no! Bravissimo e pazientissimo nel portare avanti con uno strumento così delicato e difficile le trame di una musica indiavolata e trascinante. E per ultimo… Lorenzo Marcolina. Mina vagante, proiettile impazzito, suona gardando un angolo in alto a sinistra, e suona incantando con acrobazie non solo melodiche ma anche timbriche, con un sax/clarinetto che a volte diviene irriconoscibile. Che fascino!
